Study in Malaysia — Timor Leste 2026
Overview
Bless Event Organizer proudly collaborated with FMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services) to successfully organize “Study in Timor-Leste”, held on 23–24 April 2026. This education expo aimed to introduce leading Malaysian universities to Timorese students, providing direct access to information about study opportunities, programs, and admission processes in Malaysia. As the event organizer, Bless Event Organizer was responsible for delivering comprehensive event management, including VIP services for the CEO of EMGS and official representatives from 10 top universities in Malaysia. Our team ensured seamless coordination, professional hospitality, and a well-executed event experience for both delegates and visitors.
The Result
- Successfully attracted 500+ potential students over two days
- Facilitated direct interaction between students and university representatives
- Achieved an estimated 10% enrollment rate, based on official EMGS data
- Strengthened educational collaboration between Malaysia and Timor-Leste
This event not only increased awareness of Malaysian higher education opportunities but also created a valuable platform for future international academic partnerships.
Grand Launching — Pegadaian Timor-Leste

The Grand Launching of Pegadaian Timor-Leste was a prestigious cross-border event requiring meticulous coordination between Indonesian stakeholders and Timor-Leste dignitaries. Bless Event Organizer acted as the lead execution partner, managing everything from high-level hospitality to cultural entertainment.
What We Delivered
- VVIP Protocol & Guest Management: Handled the formal invitation and on-site reception for high-ranking government officials, diplomats, and corporate executives from both Timor-Leste and Indonesia.
- International Hospitality: Comprehensive hosting services for the Indonesian delegation, ensuring seamless logistics, local transport, and specialized concierge services throughout the event duration.
- Atmospheric Entertainment: Coordinated a curated lineup of local and contemporary entertainment to celebrate the cultural synergy between the two nations, keeping guests engaged and the energy high.
- Full-Scale Production: Managed the audiovisual setup, stage design, and venue branding to reflect Pegadaian's professional corporate identity.

Groove Connect Dance Competition

Bless Event Organization proudly partnered with Telkomcel to bring the Groove Connect Dance Competition to life — a high-energy showcase designed as the bridging event for their major Beyond Connection Concert.
